The Issue Box (32 min)
In order to meditate properly, The Lady teaches us to not be stuck in the mind trap of the issue box. Some examples of issues are: agitation, overwhelm, unworthiness, anger, building a case, negative thoughts, judgments, jealously, etc. If you are stuck in your issue box, then you are agitated, confused, not calm, and can’t possibly think calmly and clearly. In this talk, The Lady teaches us how to get out of the issue box by identifying the main issues that most often trap us and to go deep in meditation to open up and release the emotions connected to the issues. This way we can become calm and think about the next steps we need to take in transformation.
