Kalindi talks about how life is not an easy journey. There are many areas that need addressing; finances, relationships, work, housing, family, health, etc. It is important to have one’s life working to a reasonable degree in these different areas, so they do not pull on you or take up all of your time. It is advisable to eat a healthy diet and exercise to help maintain the health of the body. This does not mean to put a great deal of focus on the body, but enough to keep reasonable health.
