Worldwide Public Meditations
Join meditators from around the world to meditate and discover how the GMP can assist in the ups and downs of the human condition. Through meditation, you can go within to connect with Truth, Love, and God. The GMP meditation practice also provides practical help to find more clarity and solutions in daily life, and in navigating the holidays and beyond!
*You are welcome to join any of the meditation locations from wherever you are, so choose the meditation that works best for your schedule and time zone.

On the second Wednesday of each month, from 4:30 – 6:45 PM Mountain Time, we offer Online Public Meditations in Spanish.
On the fourth Wednesday of each month, from 7:00 – 9:00 PM Mountain Time, we offer online Spanish interpretation for Denver’s Public Meditation spoken in English.
