I don’t remember by log-in email address.

My password doesn’t work. 

Do I need to reset my password when I get it emailed to me?

I’m signing in from my cell phone and I can’t get logged in.

I’m signing in from a different log-in page like the Learning Center (but they don’t realize this) and it has a different email address and password than I normally use.  Where to get information for my log-in (i.e., I’m assuming this is not the email address in the portal).

I think you should also include instructions on where/how someone can update their personal information.
